Milan, November 20 2017 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 13 and 17 it bought back 245,411 own shares at an average price of € 1.1569, for a total amount of € 283,909.83.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 137,473,424 own shares, equal to 17.3077% of its share capital.
