Milan, November 3 2014 - Under the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of June 30 and in implementation of the notice published on October 27, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 28 and October 31 2014 it bought back 570,000 of its own shares at an average price of € 0.7933, for a total amount of approximately € 452,199.00.

Following the buyback transactions carried out so far, CIR S.p.A. is now holding a total of 49,273,842 of its own shares, equal to approximately 6.203% of its share capital.
