Employees from 12 offices located in four countries collected food items that were donated to various local non-profit organizations and food pantries.

"I'm extremely proud of the efforts of our employees who raised more than 95 tons of food during our global employee food drive," said John A. Thain, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "From Danville to Beijing, our employees remain committed to supporting organizations that work to improve the communities in which we live and work."

Additionally, nearly 1,400 employees volunteered more than 7,700 hours while participating in 151 projects around the world in 2013. Projects included tutoring students, delivering food to homebound individuals, constructing homes, and beautifying parks.
