Citi, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed by UPM-Kymmene Corporation (“UPM”), one of the world’s leading bio and forest industry companies, as successor depositary bank for its Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme, which trades on the US OTCQX marketplace under the symbol “UPMKY”. Each ordinary share represents 1 ADR. UPM’s underlying ordinary shares are listed and trade on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Stock Exchange under symbol “UPM1V”.
