Shanghai, China - Citibank (China) Co., Ltd. ("Citi
China") today opened its China flagship outlet in
Shanghai. Located on West Nanjing Road, Shanghai's
iconic business street, the new flagship outlet features
Citi China's first Citigold Private Client Center.
Stephen Bird, Asia Pacific Chief Executive Officer,
Jonathan Larsen, Global Head of Retail Banking and Asia
Pacific Head of Consumer Banking, Andrew Au, Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of Citi China, and Simon Chow, Head
of Consumer Bank of Citi China, attended the opening
ceremony. The new branch brings the total number of
Citi's consumer outlets to 12 in Shanghai and 50 across
China.
The flagship outlet, also a smart banking facility, has an
area of 1,231 square meters and spans two floors. It offers
consumer banking as well as commercial banking services.
Customers will enjoy a full range of services, including
savings, deposits, investments (including premium accounts,
structured investment accounts and QDII products),
insurance, ATM / debit cards, as well as credit cards,
mortgages and unsecured loans.
