"Riga City Service" will provide facility management services to all "IKI" stores in Latvia

"Riga City Service", a subsidiary of "City Service" group operating in Latvia, is further increasing the area of managed commercial buildings successfully. According to the signed agreement, the company will provide complex facility management services to all "IKI" stores managed by the company "Palink" operating in Latvia.

"Riga City Service" will manage 52 "IKI" chain stores which total area is more than 58 thousand sq. meters.

Specialists of "Riga City Service" will perform in "IKI" stores minor repairs and will maintain all the main engineering systems. The company will be responsible for the maintenance of heating, electricity, water-supply, sewerage, ventilation and conditioning systems and fire safety.

"We are happy that the company "Palink" entrusted the maintenance of all its "IKI" stores to our specialists. Now we are in close collaboration both in Lithuania and Latvia. This trust only proves that we are on the right path. "Riga City Service" has been working closely with trade centres for several years. The company maintains engineering systems not only for "IKI" stores but also for "Maxima" stores.

"Riga City Service" was established in 2006 and at present manages approximately 574 thousand sq. meters of building area and 2.8 million sq. meters territory in Latvia.

"City Service" manages the largest corporate group engaged in facility management services in the Baltic states. The company operates in the Lithuanian, Polish, Latvian and Russian markets. Total area of buildings administered by the group amounts to more than 23.8 million sq. meters.

"City Service" shares are quoted in the Official List of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange.
