COMPLETION OF THE JOINT VENTURE OF 3 ITALIA S.P.A. AND WIND ACQUISITION HOLDINGS FINANCE S.P.A.Reference is made to the announcement dated 6 August 2015 of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (the "Company") in relation to the formation of a 50/50 joint venture to jointly own and operate the mobile telecommunications businesses in Italy of 3 Italia S.p.A., an indirect subsidiary of the Company, and WIND Acquisition Holdings Finance S.p.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of VimpelCom Ltd. (the "Transaction"), and the announcements dated 1 September 2016 and 25 October 2016 in relation to the receipt of regulatory approvals for the Transaction.
The Board is pleased to announce that completion of the Transaction took place on 5 November 2016.
