The Company announces that it was notified on 18 May 2012
that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the
"Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive
Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 493 ordinary
shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at640 pence per Ordinary Share
on 18 May 2012.
Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in
the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in
Trust, is 23,412,694 Ordinary Shares (53.35%).
