Cnim : Bertin Technologies, subsidiary of CNIM Group in exclusive negociations for the acquisition of Exensor

June 27th, 2017 - Bertin Technologies announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with the shareholders of the Swedish company Exensor for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital.

The transaction, which is expected to be closed in the third quarter of 2017, is contingent upon the signing of final agreements after consulting the employee representative bodies of Bertin Technologies.

The headquarters of Exensor, founded in 1987, are located in Lund, in Sweden. Exensor has subsidiaries in the UK and in Germany. Exensor has key international clients in the Defense and Security sector.

This operation would strengthen and speed up the strategic development of Bertin Technologies on the global instrumentation market for defence and security applications.
