Coca-Cola Enterprises (NYSE:CCE)(Paris:CCE) filed a Form 4 (statement of changes in beneficial ownership of officers and/or directors) for each nonemployee director. A Form 4 was filed on January 25, 2012 and January 26, 2012 reporting a change in beneficial ownership for one of the company's executive officers. An amended Form 4 was also filed on January 17, 2012 and January 25, 2012. These Form 4s were filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") as required by Section 16(a) of the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. This release is being issued as required by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).
