Coca Cola European Partners : Announcing two new Leadership Team appointments at Coca-Cola European Partners

We're pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to our Leadership Team at Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP), based in Uxbridge: Nick Wall, who joins as Chief Human Resources Officer on 1 September 2016, and Lauren Sayeski, who has been named Chief Public Affairs and Communications Officer.

Nick Wall brings deep expertise in both HR and at Coca-Cola, where he has worked for 30 years across more than 60 countries. He is currently Senior Vice President of HR for The Coca-Cola Company's Bottling Investment Group (BIG), which includes more than 80,000 employees and spans more than 20 countries today, as well as some of our markets in the past. As the leader of our HR function, Nick will be instrumental in establishing our new company, developing our employees and creating a culture for growth.

Lauren Sayeski has worked for Coca-Cola for more than 12 years in roles across the spectrum of public affairs and communications. She has served on transaction teams for the 2010 sale of Coca-Cola Enterprises' North American operations to The Coca-Cola Company and, most recently, on the merger to create Coca-Cola European Partners. In her new role, Lauren leads CCEP's strategic engagement with media, policymakers, civil society and community stakeholders.

Previously, as Vice President of Stakeholder Engagement and External Communications of Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE), Lauren was responsible for the company's corporate responsibility and sustainability (CRS), stakeholder engagement and media relations strategies. Prior to this she was Director of Leadership and Internal Communications for CCE.

Lauren began her career in marketing communications, serving clients such as DuPont, InterContinental Hotels Group and the American Cancer Society.
