In accordance with, article 82 of law 24/1988 of the Spanish Stock Market Act, CODERE S.A. hereby informs about the following:

Further to the Significant Event dated on 16 October 2014 (number 212,031), the parties to the Senior Facility Agreement dated 19 October 2007 (as amended from time to time) have agreed to increase its available amount up to 35,000,000 Euros, for the purposes of funding the amount to be paid in order to finalize the judicial proceeding held before Corte dei Conti against Codere Network SpA.
