In accordance with article 82 of law 24/1988 of the Spanish Stock Market Act, Codere S.A. hereby informs Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (Spanish Stock Market Regulator) about the following:

SIGNIFICANT EVENT

In relation to the liquidity contract signed between Codere S.A. and Crédit Agricole Chevreaux, and according to the information duties established under Circular 3/2007 Point 4ª Rule 2b of the CNMV, we hereby inform of the transactions realized in the last quarter in which the contract has been in effect (May 19, 2014 to August 18, 2014), which are summarized in the table below:

Following the completion of these transactions, the balances in the accounts are as follows: Balance in securities account: 204,500
