In accordance with article 228 of the consolidated text of the Spanish Stock Market Act approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, CODERE, S.A. hereby informs of the following:
On the date of April 13, it was registered in the Registry of Companies of Madrid, the share capital increase for an amount of Euro 494,935,618.20 that was previously informed by Significant Event to the CNMV on April 6, 2016 with the Significant Event number 237135.
Consequently the share capital of CODERE S.A. amounts to FIVE HUNDRED AND FIVE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND TWELVE EUROS WITH TWENTY CENTS (€505,942,912.20), representing TWO BILLION FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED AND FORTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND SIXTY ONE (2,529,714,561) shares, that
correspond to the same number of voting rights.
