Notification pursuant to

Article 15 of the Law of 02.05.2007 Composition of capital1

The latest period for conversion of Cofinimmo preference shares into Cofinimmo ordinary shares, during which a total of 38 preference shares were converted, has modified the composition of Cofinimmo's capital.

The capital is represented by:

  • 20,667,381 ordinary shares (Euronext Brussels symbol: COFB) without par value;

  • 683,493 preference shares without par value, of which 395,011 issued on 30.04.2004 (Euronext Brussels symbol: COFP1) and 288,482 issued on 26.05.2004 (Euronext Brussels symbol: COFP2);

All these 21,350,874 shares confer a voting right at the General Shareholders' Meeting and represent the denominator of the shareholding's percentage rates, which thus remains unchanged.

  • 1,502,196 bonds convertible into ordinary shares, issued on 15.09.2016.

If such conversion should occur, a maximum number of 1,528,533 ordinary shares conferring the same number of voting rights would be created.
