NEW YORK, Jan. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) announced today a pending change to its Global Realty Majors Portfolio Index (GRM) as a result of the proposed merger of Corio N.V. and Klepierre S.A. expected to be completed on January 16, 2015. The changes to the index will become effective on the effective date of the merger. After the combination, Klepierre S.A. will be the surviving corporation.
