NEW YORK, March 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of the Cohen & Steers Preferred Securities and Income Fund, Inc. (the "Fund" ) will declare the distribution for the Fund's Class I shares for the month of March 2014, as summarized in the chart below. Distribution rates for the Fund's Class A and Class C shares will vary based upon class specific expenses. The distribution for each class will be payable on March 31, 2014 to shareholders of record on March 28, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of March 31, 2014.
