COIL World leader for aluminium anodising
Brussels, March 24th, 2016 - 5:45 pm - COIL, the world leader for continuous aluminium anodising, is announcing that it has today finalised the reserved capital increase with United Anodisers (Batch) Limited, set up in connection with the 2015 acquisition of United Anodisers srl (formerly Italfinish).
Following the announcements made on February 25th and March 14th, United Anodisers (Batch) Limited subscribed for the third tranche of the reserved capital increase on March 16 for €1,175K, with 146,746 new COIL shares issued.
The fourth and final tranche for this operation has been reduced. On March 23rd, 2016, United Anodisers (Batch) Limited subscribed for 110,842 new shares for a total of €888K, with the balance (€287K) paid by COIL in cash.
This capital increase, based on four successive tranches, came to a total of €4,413K, with 551,080 new shares issued (representing 22.9% of COIL's share capital), at a unit subscription price of €8.007, around 47% higher than the weighted average price based on the volumes recorded since January 1st, 2016.
