SIIQ ("COIMA RES" or the "Company") - a listed real estate company specialised in the investment and management of commercial property in Italy - according to the current regulation, informs that today the extract of the shareholders' agreement in its modified version was made available to the public, on the website of the Company, on the web section Investor-relations/patti-parasociali and on the storage system SPAFID CONNECT athttp://www.emarketstorage.it/home/homepage.htm.
COIMA RES is a real estate company listed on Borsa Italiana. COIMA RES manages real estate assets in Italy, primarily focusing on commercial properties.
