    Acquisition of a quarry network in central France

Colas Sud-Ouest, a subsidiary of Colas, has acquired CERF, a company that 
operates a network of quarries, sand pits and ready-mix concrete plants in the 
region of Auvergne. Backed by more than 20 years of reserve stock, the business 
produces roughly 2 million tons of aggregates, and boasts annual revenue of 
over 30 million euros.

The acquisition is in line with Colas' growth strategy in the aggregate market 
both inside and outside of France.
