The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the Special Meeting has been set as Wednesday, February 18, 2015. At the Special Meeting, the Company's stockholders will vote on proposals related to the previously announced combination transaction between the Company and Colony Capital, LLC, the parent company of the Company’s manager.
