(NYSE:CLNS) (the “Company”) today announced the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.1986 per share of the Company’s 7.15% Series I Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (“Series I Preferred Stock”), to be paid on July 17, 2017 to the respective stockholders of record on July 10, 2017. The Company issued 13,800,000 shares of the Series I Preferred Stock on June 5, 2017.
