AMHERST, N.Y., March 27, 2017 - Columbus McKinnon Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCO), a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of material handling products, technologies and services, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved payment of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.04 per common share. The dividend will be payable on or about May 15, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 5, 2017. Following the January 31, 2017 closing of the STAHL acquisition, Columbus McKinnon has approximately 22.5 million shares of common stock outstanding.
