Comcast Unit Said Selling 15% of A&E for $2.8 Billion

Comcast Corp. (CMCSA, CMCSK) unit NBC Universal is selling its 15% stake in A&E Television networks to Disney-ABC and Hearst Corp., each holders of 42.5% stakes in A&E, the New York Post reported Friday, without citing sources.
Disney-ABC and Hearst are to split the stake equally between them.
Representatives of the companies declined comment to the New York Post.
