Comdirect bank : Matthias Hach to become new Chief Marketing Officer of comdirect bank AG

Matthias Hach is to become the new Chief Marketing Officer of comdirect bank AG as of 1 January 2018. He will succeed Sven Deglow who is leaving the company at his own request as of 31 December 2017. The Supervisory Board of comdirect bank AG approved the move last week and resolved to appoint Matthias Hach to the Board of Managing Directors of comdirect bank. This decision remains subject to regulatory approval.

Matthias Hach to become new CMO of comdirect

Matthias Hach is to become Chief Marketing Officer and will take on responsibility for Marketing and User Interface, the banking and brokerage departments, as well as the onvista bank market division and onvista media. Furthermore, he is also set to become a member of the Supervisory Boards of onvista AG and ebase GmbH, as well as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of onvista media GmbH.

Matthias Hach, 52, has been working at comdirect since February 2016 and is currently responsible for brokerage. He is a renowned market expert and was previously Managing Director of Flatex GmbH and a member of the Board of Managing Directors of ViTrade AG. Sven Deglow will leave the company at the end of year

Sven Deglow, 48, Member of the Board of Managing Directors, will leave the company at his own request at the end of the year to pursue new professional challenges. The Supervisory Board complied with his request for early departure which means Sven Deglow will stand down from his position on the Board of Managing Directors with effect as of the end of 31 December 2017. Sven Deglow has been the Chief Marketing Officer of comdirect bank AG since September 2015. His other roles include Chairman of the Supervisory Board of onvista media GmbH and member of the Supervisory Board of ebase GmbH.
