Commerce Union Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: CUBN) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a 10% increase in the cash dividend to $0.22 per share. The dividend is payable on January 20, 2017, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 6, 2017.
