Goleta, CA, July 25, 2016 - Community West Bancshares, (NASDAQ: CWBC), parent company of Community West Bank, today announced that Justin Vanderlinden has joined the bank. Mr. Vanderlinden is Vice President and Relationship Manager at Community West Bank's San Luis Obispo Loan Production Office at 1977 Santa Barbara Avenue.

'We are excited to have Justin join our banking team,' said Bill Filippin, Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer. 'He is an experienced business banker, and his strong local roots will help Community West Bank attract new clients throughout San Luis Obispo County.'

Prior to joining Community West Bank, Mr. Vanderlinden served as Business Banking Officer at Rabobank in San Luis Obispo. He is the board president of Senior Nutrition Program of SLO County, board member of the San Luis Obispo Exchange Club and is active with the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Vanderlinden attended Cuesta College and California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
