Take a look behind the scenes of abrasives manufacturing with this series of videos entitled 'Made by Me; Inspired by Norton', celebrating the Activity's employees.

Through these clips, the latter become brand ambassadors and share with customers their passion for their work. Four videos are already online on Norton's YouTube channel, filmed at manufacturing facilities in the USA (Stephenville and Brownsville, Texas; Watervliet, New York) and Canada (Plattsville, Ontario). In the words of Glenn Knowlton, Vice President, Sales and Marketing Abrasives North America: 'We're more than a company or a brand, we're people. Our objective is for everyone to feel connected to the company and for our customers to feel better connected to us as real people instead of just a supplier brand. It starts from within to set a brand voice and tone. This program was developed internally by a very talented marketing team based out of Plattsville, Ontario.' More videos will soon be added to the Made by Me collection.
