Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais
(BM&FBOVESPA: CSMG3) hereby announces its operating release
for October 2011.
In October 2011 sewage services began in the cities of
Cataguases and Inhapim, which have a combined population of
approximately 84,000 inhabitants.
Billed Volume
The increase in billed volume in October 2011 compared to the
same period in the previous year was due to an upturn in the
number of water and sewage connections in the period. In
comparison with the previous month, the slight increase in
the billed volume was mainly due to an increase in the number
of days in the billing schedule for October 2011, which
comprised 30.55 days versus 29.7 in September
2011.
