COMPANHIA SIDERÚRGICA NACIONAL S.A. Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional hereby announces that, on the date hereof, shareholders of the Company were present at its headquarters in order to participate in the Annual General Shareholders Meeting and Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting scheduled for this date ("AESM").
Due to the general strike that has stopped public transport and blocked public streets and avenues, there was not enough quorum of shareholders of the Company to hold the AESM. As a result, shareholders of the Company present at its headquarters has decided to call again the AESM within 15 days.
