GENTERA (the 'Company') (BMV: COMPARC*) called today to its shareholders to attend the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting to be held on December 16th, 2013 in order to approve the following matters:

i) A dividend payment, if approved, no further dividend should be expected in May 2014. The proposed dividend will be paid on December 26th, 2013.

ii) The change of the legal name of the Company from 'Compartamos, S.A.B. de C.V.' to 'GENTERA S.A.B. de C.V.'

The ticker symbol COMPARC* will change in January 2014 to GENTERA reflecting the new legal name of the Company.

Gentera is a registered brand of Compartamos S.A.B de C.V. (Compartamos). Compartamos is a holding company whose primary objective is to promote, organize and manage companies, domestic and international, that are subject to its investment policies. Compartamos was established in 2010 and headquartered in Mexico, and its shares began trading on the Mexican Stock Exchange on December 24, 2010, under the ticker symbol "COMPARC*".
