NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED
PERSONS
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces
the following change in the interests of a Director in
ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of
the Company ("Shares").
On 15 August 2012, Gary Green, Chief Operating
Officer for North America, gifted for nil consideration
350,000 Shares to Green Family Enterprises, LLC, the
primary beneficiary of which will be trusts for his
children.
Following this transaction, Gary Green's
shareholding is 606,856 Shares, representing 0.0325% of the
Company's issued share capital, which exceeds the
shareholding that Mr Green is required to hold under the
Company's shareholding guidelines.
