Comvex SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the provision of marine port services. The Company is involved in the handling, loading and unloading of bulk cargo and other goods, as well as cargo lashing. Its terminal is located on the Black Sea, in the Romanian Port of Constanta, and covers an area of 700,386 square meters. The Company’s terminal provides various services, including handling, storing and shipping bulk solid materials, such as iron ore, coal, coke, bauxite, ferrous ores and scrap iron, among others. As of December 31, 2011, Solidmet Srl held a 63.24% stake in the Company.
