The winning student team, "Meet Bob," is from Academy of Medical Arts at Carson High School in Carson, Calif. The team's teacher, Terri Ann Sullivan, led the group consisting of five 11th grade students. Each member of the winning team along with the teacher will receive an iPad mini, a $75 iTunes gift card and a congratulatory luncheon hosted by ConAgra Foods Foundation executives on April 2, 2014.

The PSA challenge prompted students to research food insecurity in their own community and to develop a PSA that addresses the topic. For more details, visit http://usatodayeducation.com/childhungerends/.

Entries were judged on the following categories and criteria: content, technical aspects and contest rules. The student team with the highest cumulative score based on each of the above components was named the winner.

"The classes all did an amazing job showing what hunger looks like in their community," said Lanie Friedman, director, Communication & External Relations at ConAgra Foods. "It was difficult to pick a winner from the more than 300 participating schools."

Additionally, ConAgra Foods is building a community of people to make a difference, from top musical artists to parents, kids, employees and others to help donate up to five million meals. For each 8-digit code found on specially marked ConAgra Foods products and entered at www.ChildHungerEndsHere.com, ConAgra Foods will donate the monetary equivalent of one meal to Feeding America.* This effort complements the ConAgra Foods Foundation's $10 million, five-year commitment to Feeding America, the leader in the fight against hunger nationwide.
