Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2, the company advises that all the resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting dated 8th October 2014 and considered at today's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders were all passed on a show of hands.
The Company confirms that Resolution 4, being a special resolution relating to the additional 10% placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1A, was passed by a sufficient majority as a special resolution.
