CONSUS Real Estate AG: Audited Financials for Fiscal Year 2017 Released

Final audited 2017 financials are in line with preliminary financials released on April 30, 2018 with the exception of CG Gruppe 2017 reported EBIT of EUR 119.0 ?million (vs. previously released EUR 91.4 million), which is mainly due to higher capitalised interests.
