• Inter-cultural experience in different managerial functions in the automotive industry

Hanover, March 3, 2017.

On February 1, 2017, Claudia Lademann-Fleger (54) took over as head of communications at international technology company Continental's ContiTech division in Hanover, Germany. In this role, she will be responsible for the strategic direction of internal and external communication, as well as product communication. Lademann-Fleger will therefore manage worldwide communication units in the Asia, North and South America and Europe regions. Lademann-Fleger reports directly to Hans-Jürgen Duensing, member of the Executive Board at Continental and responsible for the ContiTech division. The qualified business manager has many years of inter-cultural and international experience in different communication disciplines as a result of a variety of management activities.

Claudia Lademann-Fleger has worked in the automotive industry since 1990 and managed, among others, marketing communication at Siemens VDO AG and worldwide communication at Johnson Controls Automotive. She follows Frank Stünkel, who is taking on the integration of the Hornschuch Group in the Benecke-Kaliko Group business unit after four years in a management role at the head of ContiTech communications.
