• Many years of HR and labor law expertise in the Continental Corporation
  • Task in focus: digital change as a challenge for the working world of the future

Hanover, September 9, 2016. International industrial partner ContiTech has appointed a new manager for its HR department. Sabine Jaskula, who has worked in the Continental Corporation in various senior positions for over 15 years, is assuming central HR responsibility for the ContiTech division. 'The previous head of HR, Holmer Struck, has been working for the company with great personal commitment for more than 25 years and is now entering a well-earned retirement. For example, he developed a model for easier career entry for young people previously denied access to the working world,' explains Hans-Jürgen Duensing, Chairman of the Executive Board of ContiTech AG and member of the Continental Executive Board, adding: 'In the future, preparing for the challenges of work in the digital era will be an important focus area in our HR work and activities. I am therefore looking forward to working together on this and, in particular, to the multi-dimensional perspective that Sabine Jaskula brings to our organization thanks to her international experience.'
