Convergys Celebrates a Milestone and New Brand Identity at its Cape Breton Facility

(Glace Bay, Nova Scotia; September 8, 2015) As a major employer in Cape Breton, Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, is unveiling its new look and company brand at its facility in Glace Bay. The formal unveiling of the Convergys sign on the Union Street facility is set for Tuesday, September 8, in conjunction with the company's celebration of its 14th anniversary of doing business in the area.

As part of this celebration event, Convergys will host a variety of dignitaries, including local business partners, representatives from local employment agencies, charities, political leaders, and employees. In addition, the site will host a live radio broadcast remote during the celebration.

The event will be held Tuesday, September 8, at the Convergys call center in Glace Bay, located at 95 Union Street, with events happening from 1-3 pm.

The Cape Breton team is celebrating 14 years of doing business from the Cape Breton facility.
