Conwert Immobilien Invest : Administrative Board elections

As announced on 5 September 2016, following the successful takeover of conwert Immobilien Invest SE ('conwert'), Vonovia SE ('Vonovia') will be granted the option of appointing new members to the conwert Administrative Board. In order to facilitate this, all of the former Administrative Board members have tendered their resignations with effect from the end of the extraordinary general meeting that has been planned for 27 January 2017.

At the extraordinary general meeting the number of Administrative Board members should be increased from five to seven. The following candidates have been nominated for the Administrative Board elections: Dr. Alexander Proschofsky, Peter Hohlbein and Andreas Lehner are standing for re-election. New candidates standing for election are Rolf Buch, Dr. A. Stefan Kirsten, Fabian Heß and Sabine Gleiß.
