DUBLIN, April 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Cooper Industries plc (NYSE:CBE) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.31 on each share of the Company's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable July 2, 2012, to shareholders of record on May 31, 2012.
