Corbion's Supervisory Board is pleased to announce that Tjerk de Ruiter, CEO, is willing to extend his contract of assignment with the company for an additional period of 2 years (May 2018 - May 2020), subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. His current term of office runs from May 2014 until May 2018.
