NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwired - May 14, 2015) -  CCA (Corrections Corporation of America) (NYSE: CXW), America's largest owner of partnership correctional and detention facilities, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share to be paid on July 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 2, 2015.
