COSCO International Awarded the "Best Investor Relations Company" for the Fourth Time
On 10th April 2015, Corporate Governance Asia Magazine held the gala dinner for the 5th Asian Excellence Awards in Hong Kong. With consistent endeavor in investor relations management and information disclosure, COSCO International was awarded the "Best Investor Relations Company" for the fourth time. Meanwhile, Ms. Yang Ling, the former head of investor relations department of the COSCO International, was honored as the "Best Investor Relations Professional". This reflects that the Company's commitment to high quality investor relations management practice has been well recognised and acknowledged by capital markets.
The judges' comments reveal that COSCO International attaches great importance with the effect of investor relations on enhancing shareholder's value. In particular, the Company excels at the establishment of investor relations management policies, the fairness and openness of information disclosure, and the insistence on good two-way communication with the investment community. As a result, COSCO International outstood among over a thousand companies in Asia, and became one of the 22 honored companies in China.
