Update on commercialization of Rifamycin SV MMX®

Dublin - November 1, 2017 - Cosmo Pharmaceuticals N.V. (SIX: COPN) today announced that its partner Dr. Falk Pharma has filed for marketing authorization of Rifafalk® 200mg (Rifamycin SV MMX® tablets) in Germany as Reference Member State through a de-centralized procedure. Marketing approval, if granted, should be simultaneously released in United Kingdom, Spain, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Finland, Hungary, Greece, Denmark and Bulgaria. The procedure is expected to take approximately 10 months.
