ISSAQUAH, WA--(Marketwired - Apr 29, 2014) - Costco Wholesale Corporation ("Costco" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: COST) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on Costco common stock and approved an increase from $.31 to $.355 per share, or from $1.24 to $1.42 per share on an annualized basis. The quarterly dividend is payable May 30, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 16, 2014.

Costco currently operates 652 warehouses, including 463 in the United States and Puerto Rico, 87 in Canada, 33 in Mexico, 25 in the United Kingdom, 19 in Japan, 10 in Taiwan, 10 in Korea and five in Australia. Costco also operates electronic commerce web sites in the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom and Mexico.
