ISSAQUAH, WA--(Marketwired - Jan 6, 2016) - Costco Wholesale Corporation ("Costco" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: COST) today reported net sales of $12.45 billion for the month of December, the five weeks ended January 3, 2016, an increase of three percent from $12.13 billion during the similar period last year.

For the eighteen weeks ended January 3, 2016, the Company reported net sales of $41.66 billion, an increase of two percent from $40.86 billion during the similar period last year.
