The board of directors (the "Board") of Country Garden Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that for the four months ended 30 April 2017, the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group"), together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB204.16 billion with contracted sales GFA of approximately 22.56 million square meters (among which, the contracted sales and contracted sales GFA attributable to owners of the Company amounted to RMB146.39 billion and 16.67 million square meters, respectively).

The preliminary figures disclosed above are derived from the management information of the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, and are subject to change and may differ from those appear in the audited and unaudited financial statements of the Group to be published on yearly and half-yearly basis.
