The board of directors (the "Board") of Country Garden Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that for the nine months ended 30 September 2017, the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group"), together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB428.17 billion with contracted sales GFA of approximately 47.15 million square meters (among which, the contracted sales and contracted sales GFA attributable to owners of the Company amounted to RMB300.36 billion and 34.48 million square meters, respectively).

The preliminary figures disclosed above are derived from the management information of the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, and are subject to change and may differ from those appear in the audited and unaudited financial statements of the Group to be published on yearly and half-yearly basis.
