Homebuilder Countryside Properties continues to grow its Partnerships business, which has been further strengthened with the appointment of Richard Fagg as Land and New Business Director.

The growth of the team comes as Countryside's Partnerships South division prepares for an expansion across London's geographic locations, in the south east, western, and central markets.

Richard Fagg joins from Linkcity, where he was Deputy Managing Director, specialising in defining, assessing and implementing strategic initiatives at Linkcity, formerly Bouygues Development. During his former role he was particularly responsible for their Workplace 2020+ concept, ambition in the Private for Sale and PRS sectors and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Richard Cherry, Chief Executive, Partnerships division at Countryside Properties, said: 'I am delighted we are expanding our team and adding on new strategic roles. Richard has an outstanding track record of delivering growth in action and income to bolster the Division. During the lifecycle of our developments, Richard's hands-on experience will further strengthen the capability of our team and passion for implementing multi-levelled initiatives, make him the perfect combination to take the business forward
